1100 Eagle Vista Los Angeles, CA 90041. August 25, Saturday. From 10am – 5pm!

There will be 100 cars on display! If you dig old school Japanese imports such as ’71 Dodge Colts, Toyota Sprinter and SR5s, Mazda RX2s and 7s, Datsun 280Zs, etc., etc… You’ll enjoy this car meet! NO COVER!

Hang out and check out these awesome nostalgic cars on display… and of course, don’t forget to try PSST!BBQ! Next level Pinoy style street food… Gourmet approach, street food prices!

Longaniza (sweet pork sausage)

ADIDAS (chicken feet) in soy glazed marinade

La Mirada, CA PSST! BBQ!’s B-day shindig awesomeness!

Success! PSST! BBQ! did it! If you ask me to describe in one word how I felt about what went down last Saturday when I catered my friend, Joel Lacson’s bday shindig… Well, simply awesome! It’s always a great time cooking for friends and to see that everyone enjoyed your cooking is the icing on top of the cake! Positive response all around… With only about 30 guests that day… 210 BBQ sticks of chicken in inasal marinade, pork in soy glazed marinade, ADIDAS (chicken feet), chicken booty, Isaw (pork intestine), and the sweet longaniza that I prepared and marinated for 3 days were all gone by the end of the night! Hell Yeah!!! Good times!!! Salamat guys, it was super fun… I really appreciate the love and support! I’m so glad I didn’t disappoint!

Nothing beats good food, amazing friends, and awesome vibes… last Tuesday’s PSST! BBQ!’s first try in the streets of Los Angeles. It was a complete success! SOLD OUT IN JUST UNDER 4 HOURS! YEYEAH!!!!
